About
I'm a builder at heart — someone who started by writing code and gradually learned to shape the systems, teams, and strategies that make large-scale technology work. Today, as a Software Development Operations Manager and Executive IT Architect at IBM, I lead the design and onboarding of complex cloud and AI workloads for the company's most demanding Platinum-level clients in finance and healthcare.
My work sits at the intersection of architecture and operations. I manage globally distributed engineering teams across IBM Cloud's MISP portfolio, overseeing everything from talent acquisition and performance management to career development — all while driving AIOps capabilities and ensuring mission-critical systems run with the reliability these industries demand.
Over 19+ years, I've evolved from a software engineer at Mahindra Satyam to an architect shaping IBM Cloud's enterprise strategy. My technical toolkit spans SAP ASE, VSI on VPC, z Systems, VMware, ROKS/IKS, and modern DevSecOps pipelines. I write in Python, Go, Node.js, Java, and Terraform — the problems I solve demand fluency across the stack.
I'm an IBM Level 3 Thought Leader — the highest tier of technical certification at IBM. I was elected a BCS Fellow in 2024 and certified as a Distinguished Architect by The Open Group. I was the first person from India to receive the Microsoft MVP award for Games (2014–2017). In 2024, Passion Vista named me one of The Most Admired Global Indians.
